Account & data deletion
You can request account deletion in the game or by email, even if you no longer have the app installed.
Last updated 13 September 2026
Delete from the game
- Open Jigsaw Friends and go to Profile.
- Choose Account to open the Your account screen.
- Choose Delete account and read the confirmation.
- Confirm deletion. You may be asked to sign in again to verify ownership.
The control is available in the new account-enabled version. If it is missing from your build, or you cannot open the game, use the email method below.
Request deletion without the app
Email mwendaenrique5@gmail.com with the subject Jigsaw Friends account deletion.
- Include your Jigsaw Friends public handle, if known.
- Tell us which sign-in provider you linked, or that you used a guest account.
- Say whether you want the whole account deleted or particular uploaded content removed. Include a relevant puzzle link when possible.
We will reply to verify ownership and explain the next steps. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, access tokens, or private keys. For a guest account, retaining access on the original device may be necessary to establish ownership. If you no longer have that access, tell us so we can explain the available options.
This is a direct support request, not an automatic form. Sending an email does not itself delete an account or sign you out.
What deletion does
Once a verified request is accepted, your account is disabled, sessions are revoked, and shared content is hidden. Background processing removes your uploaded image files, cloud puzzle progress, collections, likes, bookmarks, follows, and linked sign-in records, and anonymises remaining public profile and puzzle references.
Background removal can take time, especially if a provider is unavailable. We can confirm the status of your request by email. Limited security, moderation, and deletion records may be retained where necessary for their purpose or a legal obligation. Any existing backups remain restricted and expire through their retention cycle.
Deletion does not remove copies other people already made, information held independently by Google, Apple, or Meta, or device-only files that remain on your phone. Remove local app data separately if you also want to clear that device.
Other account choices
Removing an upload, making a puzzle private, or unlinking a provider has a different effect from deleting the account. Uninstalling the app or disconnecting it in a provider’s settings does not delete server data. Keep at least one usable sign-in method if you want to retain access to your account.
For a data-access, correction, or privacy request, use the same support email with a description of what you need. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
Let’s keep it clear.
